聶成軍，山東省沂南縣人，中國民主促進會會員。已在中學(xué)英語教育領(lǐng)域深耕四十年。作為資深英語教研專家，其對中學(xué)英語教育教學(xué)見解獨到，影響深遠，是我國中學(xué)英語泛讀教學(xué)的倡導(dǎo)者與推動者。現(xiàn)任北京市海淀區(qū)教師進修學(xué)校中學(xué)英語教研員，同時任教于北京師范大學(xué)，擔(dān)任教師教育研究中心兼職研究員、專業(yè)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。鑒于其在英語教育和中學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)方面的卓越貢獻與影響力，北京市海淀區(qū)教委曾為其舉辦“聶成軍教育教學(xué)實踐研討會”。其代表作《當(dāng)代基礎(chǔ)英語教育教學(xué)與研究例論》被選用為北京師范大學(xué)碩士研究生教材。其他主要著作包括根據(jù)中學(xué)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫的泛讀教材《常春藤英語》和《中國故事英語講》系列叢書，被全國多地區(qū)或?qū)W校列為中學(xué)英語課外閱讀推薦書目。
